The slight imperfections in the leather (scars, growth marks, color or grain variation) are entirely normal and do not affect the quality of the leather. On the contrary, they guarantee its authenticity.
As the bag accompanies you in your daily life, the leather will gain character, transforming in both color and texture. Any incidental scuff marks can be easily treated and evened with the use of an appropriate leather cream.
Avoid direct contact with water, heat, oil, grease, alcohol and other abrasive products which can result in irreversible damage to the product.
For those times when you aren't using your bag, it is recommended to store it in a cotton dust bag, situated in a location that is dry, clean, and allows for proper ventilation.
